Tricia has been a dog lover from a very young age; when she was five years old she fell in love with her first dog, a Springer Spaniel named Reba. Now she shares her life with a very handsome 5-year-old Rottweiler named Harley. Harley is a very well-behaved boy who has passed the Canine Good Citizen test not once, but twice! She continues to train Harley toward the goal of becoming a pet therapy team member.

Tricia has worked full-time in the dog world since 2003 when she managed a local kennel. In 2005, she joined the team at Doggy Haven Resort where she works as a lead staff member.

Outside of the dog world, Tricia enjoys biking, camping and spending time with her family (including Harley, of course!).

Tricia is certified by the Red Cross in canine CPR. She is also a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. For the past year, she has assisted in training classes with Amanda and Kim and is excited to now be teaching courses of her own. As her experience with dogs and training continues to grow at Doggy Haven Resort, Tricia looks forward to becoming a Certified Pet Dog Trainer.
