Dog Training at Doggy Haven Resort
Class size minimum is 3 students with a maximum of 8 students (unless restrictions apply, see below). Our
smaller class sizes ensure that you and your dog receive valuable one-on-one
instruction.
Classes are one hour in length unless otherwise noted.
All classes include instruction for
How Dogs Learn, Canine Body Language, and
Using a Reward Marker ("yes" or a clicker).
Class Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Homeward Pet and K9 R & R rescue adoptees may select for their first class session any one of the following – Level P1: Puppy Basics, D1: Essential Manners, Specialized: Clicks & Tricks, or Specialized: Feisty Fido (with instructor approval).
Selecting Multiple Classes:
Select TWO Classes - Save 10%.
Select THREE Classes - Save 15%.
Please select classes that follow each other closely in succession (by date order).
Do not overlap dates. You may select different instructors, days of the week,
and times to best suit your schedule.
You must pay for all selected classes at registration to qualify for the discount!

Class Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Refunds or credits will be granted only for students who withdraw at least one week prior to the first day of class (less a $10 handling fee). No refunds or credits will be granted after that point.
This policy applies to adopters whose class fee is included in the adoption fee—credit for a future class will only be granted if you withdraw at least one week prior to the first day of class.
Come join the fun! Registration for each session is open until classes are full.
• All dogs and puppies must be current on vaccines. Proof of vaccinations will be requested at the 1st class session.
• Read/Print Training Liability Waiver (PDF) - Required for Class Attendees
• Dogs who are aggressive toward people or other dogs are not appropriate for group classes. Please contact the instructor prior to enrolling if you have concerns about your dog's behavior.
• Please plan to attend all classes. Makeup classes are not available. See Class Withdrawal & Refund Policy (see above) for more information.
• Children ages 6 years and over are welcome to attend class with their parents.
