Emphasis is on proofing known skills, learning new skills, and fading food reinforcement and leash walking equipment.
Students are encourage to schedule CGC testing at Doggy Haven upon class completion.

CGC TEST
Open to graduates of Level D2: Canine Good Citizen and to non-students.
AKC's Canine Good Citizen test will be administered by a certified evaluator and certification will be awarded to students who pass all 10 test items. The test takes approximately 15 minutes per dog and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Two weeks boarding with daily instruction.
Plus, two one-hour follow-up training sessions at the Resort.
Our two-week Board & Train program was
created to teach dogs basic obedience through daily, personalized
training. Your dog's knowledge will grow and focus will intensify
as he learns and perfects his skills in an environment full
of distractions and activity. This program benefits dogs of
all ages and levels of experience.

• Our owner-present play times are a great way to provide much-needed socialization and
exercise to puppies who may not be physically or emotionally ready for the dog park. |
• One of our experienced trainers will be on-hand to mederate and answer questions during
each hour. |
• Puppies will be matched with appropriate play partners and will take short play breaks
throughout the hour. |
