Drop-Off/Pick-Up Hours

| Late Fees: Late pickup charges are $5 for every 15 minutes past 6:30pm or fraction thereof and must be paid at the time of pickup. Dogs not picked up by 7:00pm will be boarded for the night at an extra charge of $25 and must be picked up by 8:00am weekdays or by 10:30am Saturday to avoid further charges. | ||
Daycare Requirements
APPLICATION: Daycare Application must be completed, signed and
returned. Please be sure to read all the terms and conditions on the back.
Your acknowledgement of the terms and conditions is required by your signature
before we will accept your dog for daycare.
VET CHECK-UP: A veterinary check-up is required for all dogs
attending daycare and dogs completing the 1-day introduction. Your veterinarian
will be asked to provide information about vaccinations, the general health
of your pet and results of fecal testing. Fecal exams are required initially,
then every May and November thereafter.
1-DAY INTRODUCTION - $28: All dogs who wish to participate in
daycare must pass a 1-day introduction. Introduction appointments are
by appointment only and cost $28 (non-refundable). Please
call (425) 482-4472 to schedule your introduction appointment during
normal
business hours. Our resort staff will closely interact and supervise
your dog to determine if he or she is well-tempered and properly socialized
with
both dogs
and humans
in
order
to attend
daycare.
FLEA CONTROL: Proof of a regular flea control program is required
before attending daycare. Please complete the appropriate section on the
Veterinary Exam Form (see Vet Check-up, above).
PREPAYMENT: Participation in daycare requires prepayment prior
to attendance.
Emergency Vet Services
In the event of an emergency during daycare, Doggy Haven Resort will make every attempt to contact you. If we are able to contact you, you may pick-up your dog or request that Doggy Haven staff take your dog to a local, licensed veterinary center of our choosing.

1. Mountain View Animal Hospital, located within 2 miles of Doggy Haven Resort at 7932 180th St SE, Snohomish, or
2. Petcare Hospital, located at 4210 148th St SE, Mill Creek.
All emergency services required for your dog will be charged to you at the time of pick-up.

3. IMPORTANT: For the safety of all of our guests, the Veterinary Exam Form must be completed and signed by a licensed veterinarian NO EARLIER THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DOG'S VISIT.
The Veterinary Exam Form may be mailed, faxed or submitted at the time of your dog's arrival.
